Welcome to MindLoop! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MindLoop website, software, brain-training games, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By creating an account or accessing MindLoop, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Overview and Account Registration
- Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable legal age in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
2. Merchant of Record and Payment Processing
Our order process, subscription management, and payment processing are conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com (Paddle Payments Ltd or Paddle.com Inc.).
- When you purchase a subscription on MindLoop, you are purchasing it directly from Paddle.
- Paddle handles all payment transactions, sales taxes (VAT/GST/Sales Tax), invoicing, and initial payment support inquiries.
- By placing an order, you accept Paddle's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy presented during checkout.
3. Subscriptions, Fees, and Auto-Renewal
- Plans: MindLoop offers recurring subscription plans (e.g., Monthly and Annual) that grant unlimited access to premium features, advanced analytics, and an ad-free experience.
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring cycle matching your chosen plan. Payment will be charged to your payment method via Paddle upon confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You authorize Paddle to charge your stored payment method for the renewal term.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following notification.
4. Cancellation and Access
- You may cancel your subscription auto-renewal at any time via your Account Settings or through the purchase link provided in your email receipt from Paddle.
- Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current prepaid billing period. You will not receive a pro-rated refund for unused days in that period unless required by law or specified in our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in MindLoop — including but not limited to games, code, graphic design, user interfaces, algorithms, and trademarks — are and will remain the exclusive property of MindLoop and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MindLoop and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
